artist statement
I fell in love with graphic design at the age of 13 and have never looked back. Design is my passion and I feel fortunate to love what I do every day. I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Brigham Young University in 2000. I am currently pursuing my Master’s of Fine Arts degree in Web Design and New Media at the Academy of Art University. I have over 13 years experience in the graphic design field and specialize in identity, print collateral, website and user interface design.

I grew up in the beautiful color country of Southwest Utah and I currently reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am married to the sweetest man in the world and have two adorable, and very active, children. When I’m not busy at work (although I call it play), I like to play piano, visit museums and galleries, attend local cultural events, window shop and of course spend time with my family and friends.
